The Altadena Library was designed by Architect, Boyd Georgi, and is a fine example of the Modernism movement in architecture.

Neill Noble deisgned the house at 154 Jaxine.

Architect Gordon Drake merges post-war building technology with the Californian landscape in his designs of dwellings. Drake's influence can be recognized in the framed terraces, enclosed garden courts, gridded plans and natural lighting designed by other architects. Already admired early in his career, Drake is strongly influenced by Harwell Hamilton Harris who taught him the advantages of modular construction and gridded plans.
